From its basic concept throughout the whole design and development process, ‘le boudoir’ is made
by myself in my studio in Berne. The collection is then produced in small quantities by a well-known
manufacturer in Switzerland. The pieces of ‚le boudoir’ are composed of smooth, skin friendly and
highly elastic micropolyamide/elastane fabrics. The basic materials as well as most of the accessories
are drawn from diverse sources in Europe. The following pictures are intent to give you a suggestion
– however imperfect - of the interplay between the various materials that compose le boudoir’s ‚cœur’.
Of course, without some soft skin underneath, it largely remains incomplete ...
